Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your gear. Below you’ll find our return and exchange guidelines, which vary depending on the type of item you purchased
How to Make a Return or Exchange 

  1. Email help@truwear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. 

  1. Our team will reply with a prepaid return label. 

  1. Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship it back. We’ll handle the rest. 

Classic Items 

  • Full Refund or Exchange: Return within 30 days of purchase with a flat $5 return/processing fee. Eligible for refund to your original payment method or exchange for another size, color, or style. 

  • Store Credit: Returns between 31–60 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only. 

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in resaleable condition, with original hang tags attached. 

  • Exclusions: This does not cover wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage. 

Processing Times: 

  • Store credit or exchange: Available 1–2 business days after your return is received. 

  • Refunds: Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for funds to post. 

 Premium, Limited Edition, Custom, and Clearance/Final Sale Items 

  • Final Sale: All Custom, Limited Edition, Premium, and Clearance/Final Sale items are made to order or deeply discounted and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 Damaged or Defective Items 

We stand by our quality. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at help@truwear.com. We’ll make it right.
